Manufactured by Zojirushi, a leading housewares manufacturer since 1918, this top-of-the-line rice cooker will make up to 10 cups of dry rice in just minutes, yielding up to 20 cups of cooked rice. An automatic keep warm function keeps the rice warm for up to 12 hours. Features cool touch housing zojirushi rice cookers and a removable nonstick cooking pan. Also included is a measuring cup, rice paddle for scooping zojirushi rice cookers and serving, paddle holder zojirushi rice cookers and condensation collector on the unit's side. Note: Although you can use this cooker to prepare brown rice, an additional step is involved. You must first soak the brown rice in water before cooking, at least four hours or overnight for best results.
